UPS is the carrier that we use the most but all other methods are available including Swiss Postal Service. If you have a preference for your order we will do everything possible to accommodate your request. In many cases an order might actually ship via Fedex or the Post Office if, for instance, we have already had a pick up by UPS and another carrier is still able to get your order out that same day. In no case will your order intentionally ship by a slower method than shown at the shopping cart or otherwise agreed to.

Orders received by 1 PM central time will usually ship that same day but, if a specific delivery time is critical to your plans, please contact us to verify availability and ship times. If an item is not available, we will try to inform you as quickly as possible by email. .
